Ok, I'll bite. Here's a pic with my Gay Shades™.
Mine are EGR In-Channels I got from Amazon for dirt cheap. Set of four for like $50 because they were returns. Not only do I actually like the way they look, but they're fantastic for keeping the windows cracked in the hot NM summer without worrying about the (very) occasional rain shower.

I dont have any pictures of the "stick-ons" that I have on my '99, but as a smoker, I can say i dont give a damn if it looks like crap. Then again, they don't stand out so much since my truck is black. Even if i didnt smoke, they are great on those rainy summer days when you still want the windows cracked.

My '92 T-Bird has the "stick on visors" that were on it when purchased, they are "OK" I think, certainly have their usefulness and don't look bad, but my '01 Mercury has some "Weathertech in channel tinted visors" that I really like and so I purchased some "in channel visors", though these aren't "Weathertech" so they are some darker and I used a small dab of silicone on the lip at rear and front. From inside the truck, you can see they aren't solid black but just tinted nearly solid.

Under most lighting, you have to look twice to even notice them they blend in so well, but they sure work great to allow some air in without rain, etc on those certain days. I selected these photos because the light shows them the best.
Often when it's cool we'll leave it parjked with the windows slightly open at top with our Yorkie-Pom inside.

I don't like them, even as a smoker to use them, a lot of times I've hit them then the lit part sparks everywhere like mexican fireworks, or you lose it alltogether. Some look horrible, some not so bad, to each his/her own. Tell your husband what's gay are guys who have those saggy testy's hanging from their hitches, that's HO-MO!!!!!!!

But my truck came with the stick over type, and I find them quite fine, no chance at them cracking from the window from heat warp from in-channel units.

I have both, and they all saw a lot of heat last year. My stick on's on the Bird are 12 years old or older and the inchannel ones on the Merc (weathertech) were put on in 2002. No cracks.
