Thanks guys! 4x4, I take that as a complement; thank you!
24, I think you may be right; so don't get your hopes up too high!

I had a pretty crudely made bracket up there before the accident. Right now it's just up there with Zip-Ties (old VW thing...). My goal is that it won't stay like that - lets just say I'm not done with the front quite yet!

Thank You Very much!
I think it's pretty cool that so many people are watching!

no, it's not.
It's the factory XL grille.
I've had it since the truck was new (and I've never been a fan).
But the fact that they didn't have to buy headlights or the grille helped me get the PTM bumpers.

So, this brings up a good point.
Does anybody have any ideas for the grille?
I was thinking a "Patman-Style" Honeycomb.
(With some Fogs behind the grille maybe?)
Or maybe a FX2 grille?
(I wish they made a badgeless FX2, that would be freakin' sweet)

I'm thinking something matte-black, OEM looking (to match the headlights).

But I'm open to suggestions;
any thoughts?

What about Darren's Roush grille idea. He did a super job on his, painted it black. What if you PTM'd a roush to your truck?

I know that I haven't updated this in awhile.
Too many of my limited funds are going towards books.
(Damn new semester )

But I made a deal with the guy at the audio shop next to where I work. I traded him some old Traxxas R/C stuff that I wasn't using anymore, and he's building me a snazzy center console.
I was gonna wait until he was done so that I wouldn't be posting the all hated "teaser thread" but he's taking too damn long and I want to share. Although I can't complain, seeing as I'm not having to pay for anything.
Oh, before I start with the pictures; I want to apologize for the quality.
All I had at the moment was my phone...

Okay, so I think that everybody's seen my center console

It's for a Jeep, so it's a little narrow and it's a little short, but it's a really good length.

Getting started on ripping things out.
It always scares me a bit, seeing as I'm still paying on her...

With the frame rails out

Factory Parts!
(It's for sale btw. ...and I need stuff, so I'm game to trade!)

Box in process...

Installed!
sorta...
test fit anyway

With console

Another Shot

Still waiting on Carpet...
D'oh!

Thoughts?
Opinions?

Edit:
I forgot, I wanted to add the list of parts that I'm hoping to source before the end of the year.
Maybe somebody can help me out?
(Mods, I know this isn't the classifieds, and I don't want to cause any drama so if this isn't cool just let me know and I'll remove this part - Thanks)

-FX2 or Honeycomb Grille
-Lower Honeycomb Grille
-3D Carbon Lower Valence
-OEM Chrome Trim Rings around HVAC Vents
-Center caps for the OEM 17" Wheels (I want new wheels, but I know I can't afford them; unless of course you want to donate to the cause! haha)
-New Visors (I really want black, but Dominic at Tasca said they only made grey and tan, so grey I guess. Mine are falling apart it's my fault, but I learned a lesson about upholstery! haha)
