Due to the larger cubic inches of the 5.4 it will ALWAYS make more power that the 4.6 with the exact same mods. This has been proven over and over again. Geez I was making around 425H.P (flywheel) with my 5.4 and it's a low compression 2-valve. Imagine a 4-valve with say 12:1 compression. 600 N/A would be obtainable.

ohh right... 425hp now...and still no dynograph...just excuses as to why ur truck wouldnt be accurate on the dyno and to add to it ur engine is in pieces..

2004 4.6L 2v 260HP 302TQ
2004 4.6L 4V 310HP 335TQ

2004 5.4L 2V 260HP 350TQ
2004 5.4L 4V 300HP 355TQ

ohh yeah it sure does out power the 4.6... the 2v makes same HP and 4v make less HP barely more torque.... sstill the same 4.6> 5.4 especailly if its for racing purposes.

Maybe I practice some porting skills on that one - I think I have the perfect size "hole saw" blade to bore it to 75mm lol . That hole saw blade in my right angle Milwaukee drill motor will bore an inch at a time. I have a jig that will hold everything stationary. Maybe I'll give a go and post the success or manglement lol..
