HI!... And you probably will never see a dyno graph, your point?

The only reason I make power from 3000RPM and up is I can't get a reading any lower than that due to the tranny kicks down to 2nd gear any lower than 3000RPM. Once I get up to MIKE TROYER's dyno I can have him lock it in 3rd gear and I can go from about 1000rpm.

never had that problem running my truck on the dyno.. u just ease into it and it wont kick down. and remember? lol i actually have proof my trucks been on a dyno unlike you. making many claims with no actual proof to back it up. lol you seem to use insults as a comeback when someone challenges you. kinda highschool-ish

only a lil bit...

but that bastard troyer made me sweat! he says i will unlikely have my motor stay together if i build it myself.

HI!... Well easing into it on the dyno is useless due to you won't get a accurate reading down low then. You also have to remember that I have a RACE built tranny and the valve body is calibrated totally different than yours. Also I have a 3000 stall converter and it won't lock up under 3000rpm unless it is forced to electronically like MIKE T does. I have proof too of my H.P/TQ claims. What's your point? I don't use insults. I just get sick of correcting your often wrong and incorrect/misleading info all the time. Some of the advice and info you give could cause people a very expensive repair bill. Your name usually come up quite a bit where the local F-150 guys around here hang out. We get a good laugh most nights.

so according to what u just said your claimed 354rwhp and 392rwtq is not accurate and or not correct???. or is it that its never been on a dyno as u say. and i also have a race built transmission and a modified valve body with aftermarket shift plates. valves and springs. and i have a non locking 3,000 converter also.what OD solenoid are u running? stock or a super solenoid?

HI!... Can you read? Mine is accurate due to when we dyno the truck we go WOT right off the bat at 3000RPM. Not easing into it. Trust me, there is a HUGE difference between your tranny and mine. Lots of parts in mine have been custom machined.............

i really want to build this myself, i have never fully rebuilt an engine of this caliber to be honest. i am 19 after all.

i am leery of my motors manual, i havent found too much of what i want in volume 1.

especially when troyer told me to find a ford tech manual.

HI!... My suggestion are the following :

- external aux tranny filter. (PERMA-COOL make a nice one).

- a synthetic trans fluid. (REDLINE D4 is good).

- a trans temp gauge (mechanical) is a must IMO.

- a shift improver kit (TRANSGO is one of the best).

- a larger trans cooler to keep trans fluid temps down.

- add a deeper trans pan.

- install a drain plug in the trans pan.

The above is all stuff you can do at home in your garage or driveway.

If you want to get "INTO" the tranny, you can go with :

- higher stall converter (PI makes one of the best).

- ALTO clutches.

- TEFLON rings.

- you can modify to add axtra clutches. (RED EAGLES)

- install a 4R75-W planetary gear set (stronger than the 4R70-W).

- run a external oil feed line to the tailstock to feed the slip yoke bushing.

- SONNAX valves

- update the electronics (EPC SOLENOID)

- Upgrade the intermediate shaft. They are know for breaking. Get a hardened or cro treated replacement.

Well, it's not a very forgiving motor if you mess up. Look at Neals builder and the probs he had with them..

Troyer was doing a motor for someone awhile ago and went thru many headaches.
The motor came from another builder that screwed it up!! So there were setbacks there..

It's not easy- Theres allot of reading in here and your can learn from problems others have had, that would have to be your edge, you know what to look for or what not to do. Someone needs to put out a good "how to" book that's flawless lol..
