To me the GM trucks look retarded when lifted because of those fender wells.

They better change the body more than that or I might have to hang onto this 2012. I was hoping for an all-new truck/body.

Lifted, lowered or sittin on their roof - they look horrible. Also looks like the bed - cab area is struggling to stay straight, can't explain it but every time I see the pic it just seems the fram rails want to just bend right there.

Also reminds me of:

They should at minimum put 33's on them if they intend to keep such huge wheel wells. My truck came with 255/70/17's stock. The tires looked like boat trailer tires in the wheel wells. I am sure there are 33's that are much lighter than what I have that would still allow them to still reach MPG numbers. Mine are designed for HD trucks and are quite heavy. Still get 16-17 mpg highway with them though. I hope the truck pictured is not what they will look like. Mine looks much better.

I agree! Not even just lifted though haha.. Any way you have that truck: lifted, lowered, stock, whatever, the square fender wells just look ugly.

Can't wait to see the "new" F150 though

From a few hours ago...

The unveiling will be a concept that depicts the styling for the 2015 F-150, an industry source told Car and Driver.

While pundits accuse Ford of trying to upstage GM, Ford is merely taking a defensive strategy to protect its turf.

The F-Series has been the best-selling pickup for 35 years.

Ford is signaling pickup buyers, “Wait until the 2015 F-150 is on sale.”

Ford is not taking its number-one ranking for granted, so it’s no surprise that the Dearborn-based automaker will be tooting its horn, spotlighting the 2015 F-150 concept at the show.

My guess is the eco boost will be bumped to 420/500 and the 5.0 will be bumped to 390/420 and 6.2 will go raptor/ superduty with direct injection and 3v 450hp. Mpg will increase 2 city 4 highway on the f150
