Barrett - How'd you make the insert?
Plaque/backing made from a thin sheet of aluminum, F-150 decal from a batch that I had made-up, 3M™ Automotive Acrylic Plus Attachment Tape to attach the result to the liner.

I have weathertech mats in every car I own and have had for years, worth every penny. On top of that every time I have traded vehicles to another model I have put the used ones online and got 80% of what I paid for them as they still looked like new

Just got a new 2014 FX4. The first up grade were the WeatherTech mats and they are worth the small extra. They fit perfect.

I just traded in my 2005 Ford Sd 165000 bought it new. The first upgrade in that truck was the WeaterTech they were in the entire 10 years and still were in good shape 2 weeks ago on the trade in. I am in the construction business so plenty of dirt and abrasive materials on my shoes, I also live at the beach so plenty of sand.

I would highly recommend them.
Good luck

I have the weather techs for all three rows in my Expedition, including two for the rear. One for cargo, one cut for seat. I won't own another truck without them. Will be oprdering a set as soon as my wife's 15 CRV arrives.

I said goodbye to my '01 XLT and picked up my new '14 XLT today. I'm looking at the DigitalFit "over the hump" front and rear liners. I've read some reviews from a random Google search of issues with the Weathertech liners sliding around. Has anyone experienced any sliding issues with them?

Thanks!

Kevin

I bought a 2014 XLT SuperCab three weeks ago, and just ordered the digital fits for it, so I'll let you know LOL.

Thanks! Mine is going to be parked until it warms up a bit and I have time to get it undercoated. No rush here. :-)

Kevin, nice looking rig!

I don't see how the digital fit Weathertech liners can slide at all. They absolutely fill up the floor space and have "shaped profiles" to fit over things like the seat mounts on the floor. In other words, they fit like a glove.

Perhaps what you read was referring to the "all weather" floor mats they also offer, and I cannot comment on those.

The reviews I was reading, though not specifically F150 related, were specifically complaining about the digital fits not fitting like a glove and sliding due to a lack of "spikes" (for lack of a better term) on the bottom to keep them from moving around. Granted, these were reviews on Amazon and the like, so probably only about 3.28716% or less of what is posted in them is really accurate and true...

I have zero previous experience with any of the Weathertech products, so I figured asking here would get more accurate and true responses. :-)

To be clear, I have only ONE Weathertech liner - it's for the rear floorboard in my 2013 Honda Accord. Yes, it has NO "spikes", which I kind of questioned when I first got it. I wanted a floor liner that protected the hump in the center and one that did not move a bit like the two-piece OEM Honda mats did.

But, fitting it into the rear of my Honda was more than just "dropping it in". I had to carefully fit it - probably took at least two minutes to align it properly so that it would sit where it should. But, now that it's in, I don't see how it can move at all. And, it has raised sides that keep liquids from seeping under the mat.

I have all-weather Honda mats in the front that work well enough and in my F150, I have Nifty floor mats that I reviewed here, in Rockpick's thread on them: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ne...ky-liners.html

I think Weathertech digital fit floor liners are unbeatable.

Put my Weathertechs in today, and I don't see how they could slip around at all...great fit.

I had them in my old truck and they were fine. The color was light grey, and was a little hard to keep clean. Other than that they held up well.

Husky Liners hands down!!! Have had them in all my trucks over the years. Little bit cheaper and lifetime warranty too!
