Weather tech liners?

I am wanting to know if the weather tech liners are really worth the money. I buy new mats about every year to a year and a half, and it cost me around $40. So with that being said, I can go six years before I will spend the same as the weather techs will cost me. Will the weather techs last me that long or longer? I just got my truck and I normally keep a truck 8-10 years so if they would last that long I would be able to save money in the long run. Thanks guys!

Well, I can tell you they will fit better than most anything else you can buy. They are made well i.e. heavy material, cover all area well (which helps if you have pets, children or messy winters). I do think they would last a long time imho.

Actually any aftermarket mats are better than the factory or the walmart specials. I've had Nifty Catch-Alls in my previous trucks, My wife has Husky Liners in her Escape. So far the longest I've had a set is five years and they were still good as new. Well worth the money for a good set of mats.

I used weathertechs digifits previously in my 09' Screw and love them. Leaps and bounds better than any mats I've used before. Despite having dogs and kids who aren't as careful inside my truck, the weathertechs remained looking as new as the day I bought them after a year of abuse. Im buying more for the '13 Screw I just picked up as well. Well worth the relatively high price for a set of mats imho.

I have the $95 Ford rubber mat set for my truck. They are pretty good quality and fit good. But I have to say the Weathertech mats look to be of really good quality. I kind of wish I had went with those. But I'm satisfied with the Ford mats. I do like that the rear mat covers the whole back area...even under the seats....as do the Weathertechs.

Thanks for the all the help! I think I'm going to end up ordering the Ford OEM mats. I found them on eBay for $79! I'm have a real hard time coming to grips with spending $200+ for the weathertechs.

Honestly I think you'll be happy with the Ford mats. I like mine...and the rear mat is one piece...where the Weathertech mats that I found looked like they were two piece.

Weathertechs are one piece in the rear. At least it was for my 09' crew cab layout. I have the Ford mats in my truck now, while they seem durable, they don't offer the form, fit, and function that the weathertechs do. That's only mho but it looks like your mind is made. Im sure the ford ones will work out fine. I'll be getting rid of mine as soon as I find the time to find a good deal on some weathertechs

I've got both in my 2011 SCREW FX4. I can tell you I like the thick Ford OEMs better than the weather techs. But the weather techs do hold edges better. So for me it's the weather techs in the winter and the Fords every other season.

I went with the husky weather beaters. They are like the weather techs. So far I. Happy with them.

I've heard nothing but great reviews on the Weathertech's.

I have the full factory rubber mats that came with my '09 FX4 and they are great - 5.5 years now and not a bit of wear. And of course they stay put since they are pinned.

Just bought the rear for my 2012 SCREW I love it. It goes all the way under the rear seat, and had a section you could cut out for the factory sub.

How'd you make the insert? My weathertech emblems got knocked out.

Love my weathertechs- . No worries about jumping in the truck with mud covered boots!

That's the one thing I didn't like about my huskys. They don't go up under the rear seats.
