Smile Trying to reach Ashley from Ford service

I have been trying to get a hold of Ashley from Ford customer service.
Can anyone help?

Bottlemanpt, were you able to figure out the "PM" thing? I'd like to PM/ask Ashley to track my VIN: 1FTEW1CG7FFA37376

Welcome to the forum, Jay1965. I'm Crystal, the current Ford Service rep here. For weekly updates on the status of your truck, just send me a PM with your VIN and I'll do the rest.

to send a PM, go to your profile and look at the list of options on the left hand side. Choose the "Send A Message", type in the recipient, a subject, your message and then click send.

Or you can simply click on their user name in this post and on the drop down menu select "Send a private message to ________"

This will open up a new PM window
