It must be formatted FAT32 (flash and HD).

I tried that, didn't work Well in Windows 7 they call it exFat which is the same thing as Fat32

I had a problem with second party software. They all seemed to use 75% of the drive to do the conversion. I eventually went to the Verbatum site and found a company link that did the conversion and used all 320G of the drive.

I like the idea of sticking a hdd in the cell pocket. Any advantages to running a hdd instead of flash, if you can put everything on it?
