That's awesome man! You went through a lot but come out with an awesome truck despite it all. Did you see Mikemag's king ranch raptor build?

Hey Vette great post, and I want to thank you for saving me the pain of buying aftermarket parts that I wouldn't have been happy with

You need the 09 up hood hinges, the very front of the fender doesnt have a bolt place on our trucks , the fenders are a touch longer , but all the rear and lower mount points are the same, the outer headlight mount points go into the fenders but you need to fab up the inner upper and lower mounts for the headlights. Also lower bumper brackets since it sits roughly 3 inches forward of where our bumper mounts.
So you are saying that a 09+ front end (hood, hood hinges, fenders, headlights, upper and lower bumper) will bolt up to a 04-08 with just some custom headlight and bumper brackets?

Why buy new, when you can build it to your liking? Yes AZ everything bolts up except for the minor headlamp bracket fabbing, which should be an easy task for yah

Well, sounds like it is time to start hunting down parts. Then when I go to bag my truck the new front end will go on.

Man, what a outcome. The paint job and graphic doesn't look bad at all. Congrats! A build project worthy of TOTY 2013!
