Started it for the first time in 2 weeks, moved it 3ft to the right, shut it down. Pulled the car in next to it and changed oil .

Looks great! I dig your style!

As for fully painted mirrors, do it, you know you wanna!

Haha. I know right. Luckily the screen caught everything. I was gonna do a high volume oil pump but don't have the money. Plus I don't need it. It just sounds better when you tell someone you have one. :B)

Drove it today to run errands. Had a dead battery surprisingly. I suppose letting it sit for 2 weeks, then starting it, then shutting it down moments later without driving it caused it to draw too much juice for start up. Cavalier saved the day with a jump start .

The Cavy's baby battery had enough ***** to start it? guess it wasn't completely dead and just needed a nudge.

Since we talking about batteries....tried to start our mower for the first time this year and wouldn't start. Hooked it up to my mom's dodge caliber since they are parked next to each other in the garage. Even with it running it couldn't jump the mower. Had to push it out to the truck and it cranked right up with the truck off. I think its safe to assume that a mower could probably jump start a smart car haha

My pop and lock tail gate lock came in the mail, so, I installed it. I like it, setup to the keyless drivers door lock/unlock side.

Last night finished changing plugs. Work truck 05' with 100k miles. Broke all 8. Couldn't even tell it was about to break. Lisle tool works great. My 06 didn't break any.

The sad thing I think the cavalier and truck both have pathetic 500 CCA batteries. I know I was mad when the stock Motorcraft battery wasn't even 700.

Ordered new VCT Solenoids. Curious if it will fix a slight warm idle shake. Less than 100 bucks so not much to lose, esp since it's a redesigned part.

I want to say my battery is at least 700, but I don't know.

So I got woken up at 5 am during a huge rain and lightning storm because all of my offroad LED lights were on . . . went out and (probably dangerously) went and disconnected my battery because all my switch did was dim the lights haha. Turns out my relay somehow got SOAKED and shorted or something. But all is well with it now, just gotta move that relay and wrap it with something.

At least they were bright as hell while on!
