White cluster overlays and Gauge Bezels?

I've always liked the look of the white gauges in the instrument cluster. Just wondering if anyone has tried the following products..

Here's a link for the white overlays..
http://whitegauges.net/products/1999...ce-Gauges.html

And here's a link to some nice chrome or SS gauge bezels:
http://www.speedhut.com/product_deta...NUMBER-272.htm

I had thought about doing one or the other, and maybe even both while I was at it. Not sure how difficult it will be to remove the cluster though..

Thoughts??

THanks,

Check out this article to find a pretty good set of instructions on how to remove the instrument cluster as prep for that repair. Heck, you might even want to dab a little extra solder on the circuit while you've got it out, just for a preventive measure.

Good luck!

I definitely agree with you about the autometer gauges. They look awesome!! Just wish that they were more affordable. I could get both the white overlay's and the SS bezel for around $40. If I could find the autometer's for around $100 I would get them.

I Actually read that earlier today before I posted. Only problem is mine is a 99 model, and has the green film on it. It would be nice to have a bright blue to match my stereo!

I should have quit searching. I was perfectly content with the looks of the $20 ones that I posted first. NOW I WANT THE $350 ONE'S THAT I POSTED LAST!!! Actually, now the Autometer one's don't seem that bad, although I like the $350 best... Guess I'll keep searching to see what else I can come up with. Maybe find something more affordable. I really would like some that glow white at night like those..

Never been a fan of the white faces but I really like the bezel and have driven a few cars that have them in all black and like the 3d effect they give.
