I'm glad I got white guages, and a 140mph speedo also

I always wanted to put some in my Gen1 Lightning, but never liked the one's that I seen out there (the cluster was white). I love the autometer's and the Simco's, but my wallet is telling me to just go with the $20 overlays! I could use the money I saved to put toward a Gryphon CS!!

wow really? go to a JY and find a 97-98 with a tach. the tach wire is just hanging back there, all you have to do is plug it in and wha-la

after driving around for 10 years without one, you get pretty excited the first few times you hit the gas and watch it move

Well see mines just barely bout to get to 140k and I doubt I could find one round there. Plus that 50 could go to a gryphon which has a tach

Yeah.. I wish I had went ahead and purchased the Gryphon CS when they had it on sale with free shipping. I actually had the order form mostly filled out, and decided to spend more money on tires than I had originally budgeted for. I wish that would have just went ahead and purchased both...

I'm just wondering how the $20 whitegauges overlays would look with the chrome bezel installed as well. I think it would look pretty good...

Those look great. Are those the overlay type? If you don't mind, where did you get them? If those are the $20 overlay's they look great and my 97 would get a little fave lift.
