lug wrench, floor jack, jackstands, ratchet, wrenches, probably an extended "breaker bar" for some of the tighter nuts on the rear, a good tool cabinet should handle it. i don't see it takin all day tho even for a beginner, the rear will be the easier/quicker part no doubt so start there.

Okay. I'm picking up Jack stands and a trolley Jack and those tools at walmart, I can also do the back or front one day and do the other the next, right?

It's pretty easy if you have the tools. But if you get stuck you can always get on here and ask q's!

Actually the rear is what took me the longest on my '02. The hangar rivets took forever to grind off! The front suspension was pretty easy to get apart and put back together.

Mine did. I can't imagine one coming without them. At least from a brand-name product.

Alright. I'll take the list of things and go buy them at walmart after I buy the kit. Probably going to cost me $100+ in equipment, ha.

Atleast, especially for a first timer.

x2, i always start on the rear first when im dropping a truck. So that once its done i know that i only have to do the front real quick

But youll need a grinder/cutoff wheel definitely, noone mentioned that. And its a million times easier if you have an air chisle/hammer (or an electric one if the make it?). Also a big ole hammer, some pretty tall jack stands, and a socket set.

I did one hanger with just my grinder and a hammer and punch and it freaking sucked, took forever and i kept hitting my finger lol. I couldnt for the life of me punch out the rivets on the other side tho, so I ended up going and buying my air chisel, and im SO glad I did ha.

You can get a pretty good idea of what youll have to grind off if you look at where the front part of your leaf springs mount. The bracket is held on to the frame by 4 rivets, the heads are round and about the size of a quarter but a little thiker. The worst part is sqeezing the grinder up in there.

Awesome, but over here, all shipping places are closed on sundays

If you can get a measurement off the box and guesstimate the weight, just input the dimensions into any one of the Big 3's online shipping calculator

A grinder? What kind? And I'll only have to grind on the front?

Will do, I got work in 30 minutes, so I'll have to do it when I get off.
