wow man that trucks looks so much better. what kind of bulbs are you running in the L heads?

also, i noticed the picture where the pedals are shown and you can see the clutch and brake pedal are wearing on one side, mine did that too so I swapped them around (rubber covers come right off) so they wear evenly and dont look crappy. just an FYI

thanks man

Haha thanks never thought about doing that plus never really paid attention to how they wore.

the bulbs are some sort of PIAA's i got off a friend. he paid like 80 for them and thought they would shine blue like HID's since the tips are dipped blue instead of grey like the sylvania ones. i paid him 15 for them

i was seriously thinking about it. there was a group buy at TTS for bi-xenon with 4 ballasts (Phillips) with lifetime warranty for 175 shipped but then one night i turned on the offroad lights and wig-wags and got out to look at it and it looked sweet so not for now plus im going to order a power lock w/ keyless entry kit within the next week (once i pay my cc bill from last month as discussed in your other thread) which id rather have for now. i also found some door panels from 98 wrecked with the switches so they will look factory

Those are some sweet corners^^^

Jake's truck is going places pretty quick though I think. Im glad you found door panels with switches off a 98. I saw you post something the other day, and I thought about it and checked a couple places but no one had grey door panels.

i wired them to a switch mounted on the left side of the piece that wraps around the steering wheel. i had a whole thread going about how i should wire them but i came down to i didnt feel like cutting into the factory stuff. i like it cuz that way they dont come on during the day and i can have them on when i want.

it was a pretty luck find i think but he didnt know what to charge really so idk what i should pay for them. but i just gotta say i love craigslist.
