Someone talk me out of thinking 33's are too small..
Alright guys, just got my 2010 King Ranch and am looking to only go with a 2 inch level on it. Probably am leaning towards the adjustable bilstein 5100s to try and preserve a little bit of a smoother ride. Now, i have like 34782 buddies telling me i need to go 35's due to the rounded wheel wells of fords and i can fit them and blah blah. I would prefer to stay at a 33 just due to price, wear and tear, speedometer, etc...will they look too small? I do prefer the tucked look but i want my truck level. I know the stocks on 2010s are just an inch smaller than a 33. But a 34 inch tire costs more than a 35 does. Anyone and everyone, throw some pics up and show me that 33s will still look how i want it to. Thanks in advance.

This is the '11 Lariat 4x4 I had before with LT305x55x20 Nitto Terragrapplers on stock 20's. Truck had a 2 inch autospring leveling kit and stock rear. Tires were 33.2x12.6 and close to the upper control arm but no rubbing. I can't tell if you have 18's or 20's.

All my '11 had was the leveling kit and larger tires...big difference in looks. I did lose 2 mpg on average but still got 17 mpg on the hwy.

MPG is the least of my worries coming from driving a 98 four runner...it was tough. Haha but yep that's exactly what im looking to do. The more aggressive the tire the better the look as well sure. Well, for my preference at least.

I thought about going 35s on mine "because I could and they fit" but decided I'd be more logical and stick kind of in the middle. I'm running 305/65r18 on mine which measure out to like 33.6x12, I feel it's a good compromise between the two sizes. Now that I have a taller leveling kit and rear block I do wish I had a slightly taller tire, but I don't want to sacrifice power/mileage etc too much.
This is how it sits now, with your truck having a 2" level they would fit perfect IMO.

Bilsteins will ride good, I almost went for them up front but ended up going the coilover route. The ride height adjustables would definitely ride better than the AS lift. I have 35s on my Jeep and went through the whole "I'm going to run 35s because I can" dilemma and while it's a completely different animal, I really don't need 35s for what I do with it. But I wanted them, because I could run them but it's a 4 cylinder so it does out some strain on that little engine. Hence why I decided to meet in the middle on the truck.

I feel 33x12.5s are too small for these trucks, but 35s are too stuffed for a leveled truck. So 34” sounds logical. Here are my experiences.
2004 f150 4wd, 2” level bilstein struts, AAL, stock 255-70-17.
With 33x12.5/20 Toyo M/Ts. Wheels are XD Monster 20x9 +18 offset. Tires were freshly brand new ( 2009 ). Everything cleared well, minor rub on the LCAs.
Traded XLT in for a Lariat, here are the same XD Monsters on 100% stock 4wd suspension. Same clearance experience, no rub, just a brush over of the LCAs.
Rancho quiklifts leveled, 33s worn down ( 2013 )
Without ending up with the puny size 33” tire again, I replaced them with 295/60-20 Nitto Trail Grapplers as this unique size sounded perfect, 34.5x11.8. With the weight of the truck on them it measures out to be 34x12.
The wheel space looks perfect to me. To top off my desires for wheel offset, I put 1.5” Bora spacers on for a -12 offset. This did cause rub, but I expected that.
