10 to 12,000 miles

Don't know about the Toyos, but I rotate my BFGs 10 to 12,000 miles.

I rotate my Cooper STT's twice a year in spring and late fall (about every 5000 - 6000 miles).

I always rotated my Pro Comp Xtreme AT's every oil change (every 5k miles) and I plan to do the same with the Pro Comp MT's I just got.

I'm not reccomending this.... but....

this is just how I do my rotating with all of my tires;

"IF" a guy were to just never rotate his tires, the front tires would almost always be worn out (especially on the corners from turning) considerably sooner than the rears.
So, I've become really good at knowing when the fronts are down to like 20%, and the rears are still about 40%. At that point, I do "the only rotating those tires will ever see".
Now, those front 40%'ers will be down to zero, at just about the same time as those rear 20%'ers, at which point, I've gotten full use out of each tire in that set, and it's time to get some new tires.

I know a lot of guys rotate a lot more often then I do..... but unless somebody can give me some solid, understandable reasons why I should do this, my method has worked for me, with all kinds of tires, on all kinds of vehicles, for years.

Hmmmm....

so when you replace your tires do all four have even wear? or do you still end up with two having more tread than the other two?

I do all my own oil changes, (I work at a garage) so it's easy to do it then; while it's on the lift. I also change my oil way too much, but labor's is free and i get bored on Sat. afternoons...
So, about 3,000mi, 3 months , or whenever i get bored.

i think Hank Hill said that one time...

I rotate mine every 5k. I rotated my wifes Tahoe once and got 60k out of her tires. I just swapped hers out this past weekend.
