A few people have run 315/70-17 (35x12.50) BFG AT KO's by using the stock wheels. One member recently installed them using 17x9 Helo wheels, but it was an extremely tight fit.

Yeah, dozens of people here and at FTW have run 315's without a lift. They just have to crank the torsion bars up.

Here are the 315s with no lift and a 17x9 wheel......

It can be done...with a little trimming

It takes just a couple of minutes to crank up the torsion bars. Just turn each adjustment bolt an equal number of turns and get the front end aligned.

Anyone have detail instructions for cranking up the tortion bars? Perhaps with pictures?

I've decided not to go with any kind of lift kit, but would still like to stuff some big un's under those wells.

Thanx.
