I feel you guys have said all that needs to be said about this topic. If warlock still feels the need to try to make "everyone" in the world believe that a Chebby is the only thing to "ever" buy, then just let him rant.......

Since 99% of anybodys time in a truck is spent just driving around and stuck in traffic, it makes sense to be in one that has a decent interior and a decent "fit and finish" quality. 'Nuff said on that.

Basically, if a Chebby makes you feel all "warm and fuzzy", more power to you. Same with a Dodge.......... This is an F150 site, and more specifically a FORD site. Go preach your gospel to someone who CARES!!

Sorry for the rant. I've just got finished working on my truck (oil change, checking "everything" under the hood, all while watching the Atlanta 500 on TV in my garage and throwing back a couple beers........) Man, does it get any better then that!!!

At this exact point in time, a FORD is leading the race (Kurt Busch)......

 

It's funny a Chevy fan is on a Ford site. I wouldn't know, but are Chevy's really that boring. How many of us are on the Silverado site?

Never had a problem with the fit and finish of my truck, guess I'm a liar.

At least I CAN start my engine unlike some posters on this site.
I also have not had to worry about the wrong radiator.
Or piston slap.
Or door cracks.
Or an engine that needs a re-build after 500 miles, only to be replaced by a re-built used reject that also needed to be replaced.

(I can only guess it's the fact that this thread has gone on for so long and you keep getting every one fired up and get some sort of thrill from it.) Fine, your Chevy truck is everything you ever wanted in a truck. My Ford is everything I ever wanted in a truck. And so is everyone else's that's on this planet....... I guess we should all change to your religion too.

If you can beat every single truck ever built, then waaaaa hooooooo for you......... Each to their own. I got a truck because I wanted a truck. I got a Ford because I didn't want a Chevy. You got a Chevy because you didn't want a Ford. Nothing wrong with that. It is a free country and all. I have my opinions and you have yours. Leave it at that and go back to your Chevy board and do whatever you do there. This is a FORD site, so yes, people are going to be a little biased here...

Just saw your "edit", so I'm adding something to it. Nothing says you can't be here. If you want to contribute, then more power to ya. Welcome aboard. If all you want to do is say how your Chevy is better then anything else put on this earth, then maybe you should expect some harsh respones.

I don't really care what anyone drives (well, I can't stand those Rice things..... ) But give us a little respect and you'll get the same.
