2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4.6L in the family. It's soo slow it can't get out if it's own way, but I still love it

No problems what so ever, which I can't really say for the 5.4L in my FX4.

An extra 25 rwhp for about .5 mpg sounds like a fair trade to me
Not to mention low end torque, I forgot what that feels like...

Anyone have a turbo or an eaton laying around that they don't need, I'll take it off your hands for you

1998 f150 Lariat 4x4 supercab 4.6 L Romeo v8

142,000 miles. New Ford factory motor installed at 125,000 miles for a mere $4500. I paid $7800 for the truck 3 years ago. It blew a motor on the way home from the car lot. I kid you not. They put a junk yard motor in it after having the truck for 2 weeks. The junk yard motor blew before the first oil change. The exhaust manifolds were 50% blocked with oil residue. I had them acid dipped to clean them up. I really don't know what caused both motors to blow a rod like that. They had no oil in them when they blew. There wasn't any evidence of an oil leak on the ground either. I run synthetic 5w30 now and keep a really close eye on the oil level.

Yeah I did.. I bought it bone stock for $7500 with 82.5K on it. Sold it with 125K on it for $7500. Only mods that were on it when I sold it were the power adders (intake, exhaust, tune, and ignition) tires, and tint.

She looks good in the pic - something about a black truck - it's hard to keep it looking good - I don't know what people do with black trucks , I see so many all swirled up with scratch marx that really takes away from the appeal ..

But when there takin car of right an clean , they look sweet as hell..

You got your moneys worth and it gave it right back , can't beat that ..

I think Bartak had one like that as well..
