When I get my longtubes, I'm going with a billet egr delete kit. What LT's are both of you running?? There seems to be a lot of companies going down under and the pickings are slim up here in Canada. I can get some Dynatechs but the price is turning me off...I'm leary of OBX but it seems easy to get even up here, I dunno.

Great idea to block the egr outlet from the headers with a garden hose cap....who would've thought??

That's not what you do . You block the EGR itself with a Garden Hose Cap. The header gets a plug.

It's easier to run the EGR if it fits the header. Unless your pushing some serious power, going without has no advantage .

my header required a cap. I have a lot more room under the hood and it looks much cleaner too. I have the dynatechs.

I didn't know that, I have the PS LT's , regardless, I don't think a garden hose cap would work to long their.

I forgot about that Yes it does - I put all that stuff in a freezer bag and weighed it with a fish scale - You can get rid of 9 lbs of crap without the set up.

Well I ran a 13.2 at 102... same exact time as boss1984! I didnt use nitrous, and i was heatsoaked, so it pulled 6* of timing... sucked, but it was still fun! 1.8 60'. That camaro ran a 9.9... cant even hear my truck.
