Well i coudlnt get my transfercase out with the exhaust on, and the exhaust couldnt come off without removing the torsion bar bracket coming off unless i cut it up, which i wasnt going to do. it only took 3 hours to put everything back together, so no big deal.

When I put it in drive, it goes in fast and hard, like it should, doesnt mess around. all the gears shift awesome, no slipping at all.

ahh thats exactly why i tried to build my exhaust the way i did. it clamps behind the tail housing in 3 places, one to each muffler, then one over the H pipe i made. then up front it clamps to the resonators. granted it leaks at the resonators enough i can hear it, but hey it already saved me the headache of cutting pipe.

Last night at 12:45 I got a phone call from a friend 30 minutes away in a diff. town sayin these 6 diesel guys were mouthin "that blue f150 that thinks its fast". I went on an 8 hour float trip, so i was dead tired, but i was more pissed than tired after hearing what they said. so I had my friend with his single cab 6.0 follow me, pretty fast. I said who here wants to race for a bill. Mouthy duramax guy said ill race for a grand.... w/e I told him what I thought about that. he was the quickest one there, methonal, chip, exhaust, auto. He was the fastest one there. Ill let the video speak for its self, as you can see, once I hooked up, i was gone! then my friend raced all the cummins and beat em all. So we went back to their hang out spot and I asked whos mouthin now. the dmax guy said his fuel filter was clogged so we are racing again next weekend, lol what ever, only for money this time tho.

On a duramax they do. But any smart duramax owner running a serious tune is using a lift pump with the big filters. Fuel with these motors is very critical. But duramaxs can be made very fast for very little if done right.

Way to go built I'll bet none of them have worked half as hard as you in building their trucks.
Know for sure they don't have a fan club as big as yours!

Nice run! Do your new tires hook harder than your older ones?

I just bought a set of 16 inch rims and looking at what rubber to put on them to run in the summer, with all the road trips I've been doing, I need to put on a smaller set to help MPG's. Even if it looks kinda funny.

im not sure if yer talkin to me or built but if your talkin to me than their a little better considering it's a lot more rubber to turn.. my first run at the track thats not shown was a 14.9.. i tried to spray off the line and spun about 150 feet into third.. i need a good set of slicks now that my motor is done.
