Dude, he already rolled it once.

you have NO idea what my Bronco was ever built for. I put it together from the ground up, and I know every part on it. There are maybe 4 factory parts left on it, and neither the frame, the body, the suspension, nor the axles are among them.

Now you know why?

If he wants to do it again, let him.

As for yamaharhino who originally asked the question, Sorry.

I wouldnt give a kid a gun, beer, drugs, or any thing else that would probably result in them hurting themselves.

This includes a 100+ mph pick up.

Study some more to learn what a double-negative is.

Scott
A B2 is no more a Bronco than a Mustang2 is a Mustang. They're totally different. And basing your opinion on driving 1 is small-minded. Were the tires good & inflated? Were the shocks good? How was it loaded? Do you even remember? You can find Lambos that won't take a curve at 70, so your 1 experience with a Bronco is useless. Mine handles great.

Yes, I've flipped it. Did you bother to read the circumstances? Did you notice the speed at which it rolled? It wasn't QUITE 90... And there were contributing factors: a trailer, a burned-out brake controller (that I wasn't aware of), a heavy FWD V8 car loaded backward, and tires so badly made that they were recalled & discontinued shortly after my roll.

So that roll has NO relevance to this discussion.

Yes it has a governor on it. Mine when I first got it wouldnt go past 97. You just have to get the codes and blueprints to take it off or you can get someone to take it off. It is put on ur CPU once they build the vehicle its set to govern speed and keep it from going past 99.

Sure, no problem!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_negative

Even has information on a double-negative resulting in a positive and negative statement. Anything else you wish me to study up on?

I set the cruise at 2-3 over and run at that, I haven't never been pulled over for it yet. I just plan ahead so I get where I need to be on time.

Not to mention as your speed doubles, your wind drag quadrouples and gas milage (at least for me) plummets.

My trucks are not Ferraris and I don't drive them like they are.

I love the women......
I just really love them.

That being said, you sling that factory torque converter over over 5500rpm for too long and the chicks may not be there any more.

I too have buried the needle several times int he last five years. I must say on a good road she gets to 100 from 60 pretty quick. Stopping is a b1tch.

Speed is addictive and dangerous depending on the mentality of the driver.
Here are my "Rules of engagement" with regards to dropping the hammer:

1. NEVER during periods of high traffic, in neighborhoods or commercial areas.
2. Go with the flow, 10MPH makes no difference at all unless you can MAINTAIN it for an extended period of time (2+ hours) Please do the math on this one.
3. It's a truck. Unless it says lightening, there is always going to be someone faster than you.

And for all the a$$holes here who speed in traffic on the way to work and tailgate becuase you are too immature to control your selves and probably have very small genitals to boot......I generously extend my right hand middle finger up in your direction and ask you this....can your truck go faster that 1200 feet per second?
Think about that next time you get your punka$$ speeding selves going down the wrong road at the wrong time.
I know if someone killed my son in an accident, there would be no trial. I would deal with them on the spot. You can bet your a$$ on that.
Slow down stupids, it's a truck.
Be kind to the other humans who have to deal with your stupid $h1t.

I am 30 years old by the way.........be careful when speeding in Texas. You have been warned.

if you turn your key right before the governor kicks it, it will bypass it.

You sound like a 20 year old... seriously..

As for going slower than the posted speed limit being a crime.... there are laws related to the obstruction of traffic. HOWEVER, if the speed limit is 70mph, and I am doing 68mph when everyone is passing my @ 90, there is **NO** officer in the world that is going to cite me for it. Stop talking out your a$$ and using extremes to justify your poorly constructed point.

As for the bronco being top-heavy. YES, IT IS. I am not going to even argue this point with you. Learn about center of gravity, moron.

Finally... if you think that somehow you are justified in endangering the safety of those around you because somehow you are l33t and think that you have mad driving skillz @ 100mph in a heavy, large, top-heavy vehicle, do me a huge favor and get the hell off the road.

(Yes, I know you stated that you don't drive like a moron on public roads, but I doubt your honesty)

There is one thing that I cannot stand... and it's a self-righteous
20-something moron with a drivers license, bad attitude and 'something to prove'.

Ugg....
