BREW! your in trouble man! you commented on your trans shuddering after a shift... i just paid attention to mine this morning and sure as hell it shudders after it shifts. i wonder if mines the clutch's or the torque converter cause i wonder if that would be related to my rear end hopping. literally looks like its hopping.

WHATTT!!! Trouble ? Well , it definitely wouldn't be the first time.. Anyway , mine slipped a little from the line - it's hookin up now , I threw some friction modifier in there and what I had left - 1/2 bottle 75w 140w 100% syn - that calms my shudder down fro awhile .. I need to put that HD boost valve in the pump and a converter most likely - I don't feel like taking that heavy a$$ 4X4 E4OD out of there yet...

If yours is slipping in second , that's an easy fix - I can't freakin remember tho haha , but you can get rid of that .. Do you recall that site and password I gave yuh ? Go there and look up the TSB's - it's in there..

HI!... You didn't insult me at all. I have forgot more about cars/engines that you will ever know about. I just look from where the comment came from, and well since your wrong about 95% of the things you talk about, you have absolutely no credability here.

I believe you have the gay deck not the gay card. Queens anyone? LOL!

Yeah , I was surprised that modifier actually works. I haven't read of anyone here using it in there trans - guys on the TCCoA make there own magic fluid for there transmissions. Heres a quote from the TCCoA site -

"Some modified the fluid mix. @ quarts of synthetic ATF and 1 quart of synthetic 75W90, along with 5 oz of friction modifier. They say that it never shifted better."

I can say it's true , I did this last year as well and my trans gradually shifter quicker , what I mean is , it didn't right away after adding the the rear end fluid and modifier - it kept getting better and better as time went on..

Well I made another calibration plate last week and everythings shifting perfectly and haven't had any shudder for awhile now. The only thing that was a b^tch about making that plate was that most the holes were different sizes

The plate in the pic - 2nd 3rd and 4th holes were drill out to .127 which made it to harsh , I had to Fab a plate with a .098 hole for 2nd - a .076 hole for 3rd and another .098 hole for 4th which were determined thru trial and error/ or drive tests.. -
