HI!... As many of you already know after over 6 years and 200,000KMS I finally hurt my 5.4. Burned a plug and lost a chunk of exhaust valve on the #'4 cylinder.

My other 5.4 is at my engine builders currently. Block is getting ready to be acid washed, sonic tested, magnafluxed, bored/honed (with TQ plates) , deburred, and blueprinted.
Forged steel crank is going to get cryo treated, balancers made areodynamic, lightened, micro polished, chamfered etc...
- Rods are EAGLE "ESP" with ARP bolts
- ARP head studs
- MAHLE forged pistons
- MMR race oil pump with CRYO treated pump gears
- PA SFI approved heavy duty "race" flexplate
- SHM billet trigger wheels
- D.S.S main support girdle with ARP main studs
- Custom deep sump oil pan/pick up tube
- MEZIERE electric water pump
- MICHIGAN 77 tri metal "RACE" bearings
- Brass frost plugs
- Windage tray
- FOX LAKE stage II cylinder head
- CROWER stage II billet cams
- "O" ringed block
- copper head gaskets
It's being built to hold 1000H.P though the goal with the T76 turbo is 650RWH.P.
Here's a few pics of the progress so far :
FOX LAKE stage II heads. Full race CNC port job, FERREA oversized S/S one piece, undercut, sodium filled valves with 3 angle valve job, bronze guides, new retainers, locks, roller followers, CROWER stage II billet cams, 8 thread titanium plug inserts.
