i do not recommend buying my turbo for a 4.2l v6. maybe for a ford fusion or smaller.

but not a 3.8l on up, i mean it worked great for me but i think a 62-1 would be way better than a 50trim.
Well how much would you be interested in selling the headers for???

I can chirp the tires pulling away, and I can generate some smoke with some clutch work, but otherwise, no, it can't really peel out.

4.2L w/ exhaust, 5speed, reg cab short box, 3.55 posi rear end.

I prefer to just **** around in the snow, donuts, drifts, **** like that. Melting off a couple layers of my brand new snow tires would be pretty stupid.

so yesterday I was just sitting at this light and this p.o.s. ricer pulls up next to me and just starts revving the chit out of his annoying a$$ car constantly for like 20 secs or so

as my friend and I are cracking up laughing at this guy i rev up and the light goes green so I drop clutch and take off...and brake out SIDEWAYS on dry pavement..from a dead stop

never been able to do that before

+1 for the v6

guys i dont think he means powerbraking, he means just gas pedal and spin. auto tranny=no spin stock, manual=rev it up and drop clutch and it will spin. i had an 04 heritage(03 style) V6 manual reg cab long bed 2wd and with a cold air intake i still couldnt do it from a stop unless i revved it a lil bit and dropped the clutch. normal takoff i got a squeak at best but when shifting from 1st to 2nd at 40mph it would chirp for about 1/4 second and kick teh rear out about a foot on dry pavement with the 3.08 non Limited slip rearend. my 08 f150 V6 reg cab shortbed 2wd manual is heavier but has 3.55LS rear end. i can spin off the line a bit easier with my cold air intake than my 04 could but shifting into 2nd at about 30-35mph it seems to just do a small chirp. it is almost 500Lbs heavier than my 04 was so i cant expect too much. 0-60 is the same at 9.6 seconds but my 08 gets to 100 quicker. unfortunately that is all it will go. my 04 i had up to 108 but ran out of road. now i wish i found out what it was limited at

you can powerbrake in almost anything. i had a 89 firebird V6 with only 135hp and it powerbraked like nothin. did one for about 2 minutes in it and tore up some pavement in the process.

I have 3.08 gears with Non-LSD and 20x9 wheels and I can light the tires up any time I want with no hesitation.

you can do it in most, you just gotta know how to do it. my firebird couldnt do it if you pushed the brake pedal to the floor. you had to put it down, then press the gas and ease up on the brake untill the tires started moving. like i sain almost all cars can powerbrake, i just left out that you gotta know your vehicle and how to powerbrake it. but either way...powerbraking shows nothing about how much power your truck has unless your still spinning in 4th gear, then you have a badass vehicle. almost anything in a manual will at least chirp if you rev it and drop it, autos of course you cant do that except neutral bombing it lol. trust me, my friends 01 hyundai accent manual with about 95hp spun tire for over 3 seconds without touching the brakes. and i have seen a few 80's ford ranger 4cylinders with autos do powerbrakes, not very good ones mind you.

my truck wouldnt spin them even with a power brake. and yes definitely know how to power brake.

with stock tires yes it would spin them, with 36's you could even chirp them.

i plan on roasting 40's in a few weeks... hello 5.13's
