Will your V6 Peel/Burn out?!
i was kind of wondering if you could spin your tires trimble. your still on stock gearing arent you?
my 4.6 with 35's and 3.73 will spin if i power break. but only some times. and in the rain i can spin all i want. and around turns i think any thing that moves can do that.

If its dry then i cant get them to even bark from a stop going forward.
Im on the stock 3:55LS gears.
I've got my '99 to spin the rears... but only after popping the clutch at 2.5k rpms. That was with 3.55 ls gears.
With my '07, I tried spinning them, but not by popping the clutch, by just doing a brake stand, and they started barking and then I got a horrible amount of wheel hop. I thought I broke my truck. However, I got 4.10s ls, and they will spin, but sometimes if I'm not on a good section of pavement, they will hop like crazy. It's something to do with the OEM shocks in the rear I think, and that is without popping the clutch... But I've only done it once, and it was like for 10 seconds max. When I get new tires, I want to find meself an empty parking lot and have my Hank00ks have their grand finalee... or basically let my truck melee them to death.

my 08 spun tire for about 2 seconds pulling onto a busy road and i wasnt even really trying. my friend was like "dude! wtf?" and i was like "oh, that was me?" then i looked behind me and sure enough, there was 2 marks about 4ft long. but other than that, i havent tried. only have 1800 miles on the truck right now and i think its speed limited at 100. my speedo goes to 120 and i was going down teh highway in 5th and came upon a long downhill area and gave it a bit of gas, like half throttle maybe, it sped up but started slowing down aroun 95 and went to 100 but needle didnt move past it. my truck still was going smoothe tho, i know my trans am i had would jerk back and forth when it hit the limiter. so maybe the power just ran out at 100 and i just didnt realize it? well next time i'm on that stretch, its going into 4th gear to see what happens, but i still wont give it full throttle for that long until its broken in more. i will post when i do it., my 04 heritage 4.2 V6 5spd did 108 and that wasnt the limiter, i just ran out of road. 100mph in 4th was 3600rpms, in my 08 its like around 4k i think.
i can!!! 4.2L 5 speed limited slip... can burnout whenever i want... but i have not powerbraked.... dont need to burn out ANOTHER clutch i was racing my friends pos car and barked them going into second!!! good times good times... she dont have alot of *****... but enough for me.
