I had a 98 and it would smoke the back tires off then you could grab second and third. My Dad had a 99 and it was the same as mine.

all i got on mine is an airraid intake and throttle body spacer and i cut the exhaust off and i can burn 1st, 2nd and bark em in third on a dry day on a wet day i can have em spinnin in 4th you just have to know how to shift at the right time and how fast you get back on the gas i think the manual v-6s have alot more power i drove an auto once and it was slow

Of course a manual 4.2 will light em up easier than an auto. Take less work to transfer the power to the ground. but then again, I can chirp my tires with hardly any pressure on the gas, thanks to my 93 tune.

anyway im sure my v6 will smoke your 5.4l unless its supercharged or turbocharged. but you've got ginormous rims, an already heavy truck loaded with heavy sound system

as where i have a lightweight single cab turbocharged v6.

as for the powerstroke... well... probably not those are pretty damn badass...

take off on the 5.4 aint that great anymore even with the 4.11 gears programmer cia dual exaust no mufflers but a 60 mph stomp on the hiway ill smoke ur a.. all the way up to 7000rpm 145mph. as for my stroke ill put that up against a gas sucker any day.

hahaha i already admitted to the stroke being badass and that i wouldnt win against that one.

but were talking gassers to gassers here.

my 6 cylinders limit is 130 but since you want to talk about a whole different car well **** id run ur powerstroke in my bullitt from 60mph on up
