ive yet to read everything you said here but a chip does not make more psi. unless your boost is controlled electronically then i guess so.

maybe were just comparing apples to oranges here and that why nothing makes sense.

to turn up the boost on my truck i have to adjust the wastegate or boost controller.

i dont see how they can even tune without moving that limiter up. and 34psi ... i would assume built block.

y do u think diesels have so much more trq then gas... they have so much more boost!!!!! and thats y diesels are way better for towing... hp= acceleration trq= pulling power (in a diesel) semi's have 600hp and upwawrds of 2100 lbs of trq!!! thats y they can move so much heavier stuff!!! the brand new powerstroke's make 39 lbs of boost stock!!!!!!! cause there dual trubo!!!! i know that casue they come stock with a boost gauge and i know moms boost becasue we put aftermarket guages on there so we can monitor the boost the egt the water temp and one more but i cant think of it off the top of my head... o yeah the trans temp.

were they tlkin bout semi's or pickups pickups make more then semi's casue there pumpin more air threw a smaller turbo... semi's only make about 15... but the turbo is so huge that they dnt get much psi but they get way more flow!!!! a semi turbo is twice as big as a pickup turbo...

thats why it takes them 5 minutes to moveacross an intersection...they will never be enough air to make massive amounts of boost in a turbo the size of a basketball...

diesel's also make more trq casue there pistons are so much bigger then a gassers... take yours out and they will be what at the most 2 inches in diameter... just a guesss.... take a semi's out they are more they are more then 6 inches in diameter... thus making that much more explosion everytime!!! now a pickups pistons would be smaller like 3 to 3.5 inches in diameter

it takes them that long to move cross the intersection casue they have 18 gears to pick form ware u only have 4 in an auto... and it takes a while for that big of a turbo to spool!!!
