id say my 0-60 is about 6 seconds, maybe faster.. maybe not. i guess it depends on if i launch it or not. which im still learning how to do.
2004 6.0L powerstroke with a 115 hp dr. performance chip. 0-60 in 6.6 seconds if i launch (in 4x4) 0-60 in 7.3 if i just floor it.

i knew it was, but 6 seconds is alot to shave off, but i guess thats why turbos are the way to get the most acceleration.

lets compare trq to weight ratio. you got what about 380 trq at the fly... i got 832 at the fly... you got 300hp at the fly i got 450 at the the fly my turbo also makes 34 lbs of boost vs 10 it would be a good race

a stock 2001-2004 Lightning makes 380 at the motor.

according to a dyno sheet from the same year model truck it makes 332rwhp.

thats about 55 more hp than mine.

now the tq is the killer part. it makes about 68 more tq than mine.

how well does your moms psd hang with a lightning?

id say that a stock 99-00 lightning (which is 360rwhp) makes about 30 more hp than mine at the wheels.. but because of the weight difference. (which is about 600 pounds)

they wont beat me too badly.

not to prove... but i will tell you but noone belives me... no lie!!! but here goes 1/8 mile 83 mph... 7.5 seconds

1/4 mile 100mph 12.7seconds (but that is 3/4 of the way down the track topped out... at 100 i could get 120 im sure if i took the governor off)

dnt belive me on the numbers either call up rapid diesel... tell them to give u a print off of the dyno sheet.
448 hp and 832 lb of trq.

if u dnt belive me i will add u to the list of non belivers lol

but if you do i will add you to the short list of belivers..

i will say again i dnt know if you trust me... but they are real numbers... no bull ****

if you dnt belive me i guess u shld just come up here and see for yourself lol

your cutting some of my hp out

if u add 20% drivetrain loss back to 275rwhp thats 330hp at the flywheel.

if u add 20% drivetrain loss back to 338rwtq thats 405hp at the flywheel.

and your pushign 34lbs of boost, im guessing 10 was stock? i dont know abotu 10psi being stock for a psd i figure somewhere around 8...

now if ur bumping up to 34lbs of boost.

im assuming this thing has been dyno tuned and thats where you get your numbers from. as well as a built block. i dont see 34psi being okay on a stock block.

okay wait ..

you've got 34psi... and still have a limiter? set to 100?

im only at 8psi and my limiter has been bumped to 127.

something smells a bit fishy.

i dont see how they can even tune without moving that limiter up. and 34psi ... i would assume built block.

is this ur moms daily driver or does she race this thing
