I see from the look of your truck that you are correct. You should be driving an auto. I personally use my F-150 as a truck not as a car. A real truck should not be covered in chrome and and blinking lights. A real truck should have sturdy, reliable parts which give you the maximum control over the vehicle. An auto trans simply does not fulfill either of those criteria. I am glad that you like your auto and it probably does everything that you need. Good luck with it...

Reliable parts... from the problems i've had with my 5 spd, i'd say the ford manual is the exact opposite. People drive what they need. If you're in traffic all the time, a manual's a pain in the ***. If you tow, the manual could be good...except the m5r2-c is a piece. Stop bitching at people already.
