I would say 2.5" front spacers. Don't get 3". Maybe .5" taller back blocks if you want it to be perfectly level. My dad has a 2009 4x4 with 2.5" front spacers and the front is just barely higher than the back. I'm not sure exactly how a 2wd will sit

4" lift. a stock 4x4 sits roughly an inch higher then a 2x4, add a 2.5" to a 4x4 and its at 3.5" higher then your 2x4. plus you can run those nice 33"s and look real good

he will still be roughly 2 " lower than that leveled truck, but it's the cheapest route.

no rancho 4" for a 2wd.

4" bds, will get you the closest to that look.

Blocks in the back and a leveling kit in the front would be the cheaper route.

The next option would be a 3 inch body lift and a leveling kit up front.

ford_tech_330 lifted his 2WD...you can see a pic of it in this post. He should be able to clarify anything for you on his experience.

A couple of other guys did it to their trucks and discussed in this posting.

The 2.5 level in the front with a 1.5" block in the back is def the cheapest route. I'll prob just go with that at least it would be higher than it is now.

You don't want 3" on the front end.
