how much of a lift?

does anyone know how much of a lift i would need to fit some 325 60/20 nitto terra grapplers on a 06 f150?...

It all depends on the backspacing of the wheel that you are going to use, but you should be able to fit them with a 2.5" leveling kit on a 4x4..

Right. Several members have fit 325/60-18's on 4x4's by using a 2 or 2.5 inch leveling kit and 18x9 inch wheels (5 or 5.5 inches of backspacing).

Backspacing is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel (where it bolts to the hub) to it's rear lip. The wheel in this pic has 4.5 inches of backspacing.

so 5 or 5.5 inch back spacing would be perfect

Yep, or maybe even 6 inches.
