not a whole lot, still tearing apart the cummins, checking everything out. finally got an intercooler from a 6.0L powerstroke that should fit rather nicely, all im really looking for now is a radiator but ill most likely just end up having that made to fit after everything is mocked up.

according to neal the 6.0 powerstroke innercoolers will not clear the radiator in the F-150's I hope it does fit so I can run the same one in my procharged truck, if not I'll grab a '94-'02 dodge innercooler since they are 7 inches wider

Thats going to be a sick *** build once complete. Swapping a straight axle 4 linked with 40's and 22's and a built 6.0L or cummins is my dream build.

One pestering question is... how are you going to fill it up when you need a different fuel filler nozzle?

I think a different fuel tank/fill hose will be one of the minor fabrication problems on this build. Please, keep us up to date on this conversion!

I cant believe i didnt think of that. Good point but i think a big drill bit would take care of that lol.

A big drill bit on your fuel filler port is a quick way to be in a barbeque

lol. fuel cell, new fuel hose and filler nozzle. really not an obstacle at all. and youre right, the intercooler wont work with the f150 radiator.

luckily, this is more of a frankenstien build where form follows function. we make all our parts fit with a little bit of thought and fab work.
