There are way more factors than looks that would influence my decision on 5.5' or 6.5' bed. Turning circle diameter, can it fit in my garage are the top two. Looks would be last.

I think the 5.5 looks better. Everytime I see a 6.5 I iit grabs my attention, but more like something looks wierd, type of way.

I prefer the looks of the 5.5' foot bed on the SCREW.

U guys are CRAZY! The 6.5' bed looks funny? The 6.5' looks like a truck should be! As far as the 5.5' bed, I couldn't put my bike in the bed! Heck, I couldn't even lay down in the bed! BUT, can't park in the garage... Function over form!!!

6.5' all the way baby! That is if you need a truck...

I agree with you if you have a Supercab, like YOU do. He was asking about a Supercrew.
Personally, everything I have hauled that wouldn't fit in the back of my 5.5 would NOT have fit in a 6.5 either. The negatives make the 5.5" a better choice to me, like parking, turning radius, garage, and looks (supercrew only).

Heres a pic of my Screw w/the 6.5. I can put my quad (Raptor), loading ramps and an ice chest in the back and still shut the tail gate......SOLD . It still turns sharper than my old Zr2 did! IMO it looks more like a truck should with the longer bed.

I think it depends on the style of the truck too. I had a friend with a 2006 screw with 6.5 bed with a lift and 35s...looked great. you couldn't really tell it had the extra foot of bed space there.

But for a lowered truck, like mine, I think the 6.5 would look funny.

so, in the end I guess it depends what you are ultimately going for.

I debated this byself before I bought mine but in the end I got the 5.5' bed and I have yet to regret the decision.

6.5 and loving it you can haul more then you think with the extra foot of space, ATV and bikes.
