For some reason, I can't adjust the passenger side mirror. I can see it kind of twitching but not moving. Any ideas?

You may have a damaged or misaligned gear in the adjustment mechanism. The mirror is not TOO hard to remove. I think you have to remove the inside corner piece which will expose the wiring and the mounting nuts and bolts. Here's a video that shows the process quite clearly: https://utube.realityripple.com/#ORJ-ztEZVlY The mirror motor and drive train are all inside what comes off. Now, opening the mirror assembly itself may be a real challenge - I had to repair the driver's side mirror in my old 2014 F150 and I can't recall how I got the glass out, but it can be removed. There may be a utube that shows glass replacement you can look for. I think if you get the glass out, you'll be able to inspect the drive mechanism.

And, if all else fails, you can buy a replacement mirror, either new or from a salvage yard.
