Well it's done. I ordered the 90mm Ford throttle body from RobertP today. Excited about this mod. Ordering a tune from JDM as well.

Oh and I'll be selling my BBK 80mm throttle body. Still have the box and instructions. Message me if interested.

Sorry for that. I was saying .
The kit which was a pulley, 60# frpp injectors, a 90 mm maf housing(dont quote me on that size but I want to say 90, and a tune. I took the truck to the dyno and a reputable tuner was impressed to say the least. I want to say it was making like 435 rwhp /475rwtq. Bottom line their service and tuning ability are amazing. Im watching this closely. I would love another50 rwhp currently im at 450rwhp/500rwtq.

Yes. But it is designed like ours. To use it on the 5.0 you have to buy a wire harness that splits the single plug in to two plugs.

I don't expect any huge gains but I should see some improvement from 4000 rpms to redline. She won't be pulling any vacuum or restriction in the intake or throttle body like she is now. That will make the blower more efficient and should bring boost up by a 1/2-1psi. The big gains will come when I have a built motor, cams, more boost, and a higher redline. I had planned to wait and add the tb when I go built but my throttle position sensor is acting up. New TPS is $63 and thought to myself why not invest that $63 in to something I want and will use in the future. The new tb comes with a sensor and motor.

Well when my first one went it was at the drag strip. Last run of the day and towards the end of the track the truck started to stutter and fall on it's face. Ran like it was on four cylinders or something. Check engine light would flash but produce no codes. Let it run for a minute and cleared up. After that the truck idled high, a/f was lean, and egt's were 1100-1200 at idle. Normally in the 800-900 range. It was drivable but anytime you gave it more then 25% throttle it went in to limp mode.

Last weekend I was out doing my IAT test and on one of my final sprints she spit and sputtered, timing was pulled, a/f's leaned to 15.0 and this continued for a 30-45 seconds. I thought I had done some real damage lol. Anyway it happened again but I noticed it was only happening when I surpassed half throttle. So I repeated this a few more times racking my brain trying to figure out what was wrong. Then is dawned on me. Same thing it did at the drag strip 2 years ago. This time though it's probably my fault. I was washing under the hood and think I got a little carried away with the water.
