Washers and a good fitting bolt would do it with that minimal distance on a smooth pulley.

FINALLY got this mod done to my Procharger and man did it need it. I have to get the truck completely retuned cause the D1SC was slipping sooner than was thought. It was supposed to be tuned up to 5 grand, but its not safe over 4 thsnd. Guess its time to find someone who can tune this thing up to 6 grand at least now that D1SC is working properly.

I guess you could. We didn't use theirs because price was a lot higher, and didn't have to be exactly perfect being on the flat side of the belt. So far no slippage up to 12 lbs of boost. Tuner wants 15 lbs at least. Just crossing my fingers.

BTW we put the idler pulley even closer than Faster150 put his. Didn't want to take any chances as bad as it was slipping before.

Don't know how many kits they sold like what I have, but I am surprised that someone hasn't told them about belt slip. Surely there have to be more people than us few that had the belt to slip as bad as it does. I will admit it wasn't nearly as bad with the P1sc, but it was there. That configuration before the added idler pulley with a D1sc was junk. Wouldn't make power at WOT in third gear cause it slipped so bad.
