belt slip fix
new belt... idler pulley from a focus and about 3 hours time to pull everything clean it up drill one hole go back n forth to auto parts store and get the right size belt.

no more belt slip at all
belt was about 25 bucks and pulley was 26 from ford i believe

forgot the length of the belt but it was 1 inch longer than stock. i think 75.5" belt

I guess you could. We didn't use theirs because price was a lot higher, and didn't have to be exactly perfect being on the flat side of the belt. So far no slippage up to 12 lbs of boost. Tuner wants 15 lbs at least. Just crossing my fingers.

Don't know how many kits they sold like what I have, but I am surprised that someone hasn't told them about belt slip. Surely there have to be more people than us few that had the belt to slip as bad as it does. I will admit it wasn't nearly as bad with the P1sc, but it was there. That configuration before the added idler pulley with a D1sc was junk. Wouldn't make power at WOT in third gear cause it slipped so bad.
