Can't wait to see progress on this thing! gonna be sick! I would be a bit cautious about the 2 link though, since you do drive it everyday. I've never quite understood why Ektensive only does 2 links, when every other shop offers 4 links. Never heard anything bad about there 2 links, but it just seems too simple for them for the amount of work they put into some of there trucks. Still think you should get a set of 24 or 26" billets though, just for shows or something Raceline will hook it up!

Another shop I've been keeping my eye on in Texas, and man do they do some sick work, is Drops-R-US

Yeah drops r us does some sick work. I would like to have them or ekstensive do my truck. I don't want a 2-link though that's for sure.

yeah, it just seems cheap to me. You give ektensive 10+k to build you a frame or 5+k to just bag it, and all you get is a 2 link? Could have something to do with them always setting up there vehicles for such large rims.

You're prob right. Everything they do has like 26"+ and everybody is doing super wide rear wheels now. I'm sure they would do a 4link if asked and they would prob do a great job.

Like i said i have a two link and love it im only running 22s a big reason running a two link is to keep the drive line angle the same through out the entire travel of suspension. When you build your two link you build them with the correct angle for the axle. I can drive my truck laid out or totally lifted without a ounce of vibration.

Yes sir that is how much travel i get. I used to park my truck like that at shows and my buddy would park his body dropped chevy behind me and i could get my rear tires to touch his tailgate.

wow that is crazy! what bags are you running? truck looks 1000x better in the "after" pic.

I just went to Status' website and realized I met those guys back in 09 at the dallas market hall for Autorama. They had that bagged/bodied camaro there. Real nice guys and they do some sick work. I might go check the shop out in person. I would much rather have my truck done locally than take it down to houston to ekstensive or drops R us.

Slam specialties bags i was running about 450 psi when i took that pic. The top of the tailgate when lifted is 6'5" tall. Status will be doing my 93 when i get ready to do a frame up body drop on 24s. The main guy was actually trying to buy my truck at the last show i went to. I cant remember his name but he has the 88-98 chevy thats body dropped.
