Ok guys I've got a question maybe stupid, but I cut my front springs to lower it and I didn't realize I cut the driver a lil shorter than the pass, think less than half inch difference but would that cause my rear end to have be higher than the other? Have one leaf removed hangers and extended shackles to 3" my buddy fabricated for me.

Yes if you have the front off and lower on one side it will effect the opposite side rear causing it to be higher. That's why should should be the correct replacement springs and not hack things up. You also understand that by cutting a coil off the springs that effects the overall spring rate and will effect the way the truck rides and handles.
