Also, you guys are worrying too much about getting the exact amount of power. As long as your amp does 300+ per sub you should be fine, these subs are efficient. If you amp does more than the BM's rated then that is also fine, turn the gains down properly and the amp wont have to work so hard which reduces heat and reduces possible distortion. My 2 BMs will be seeing a combined 1200 RMS from my Cadence iA7.

Oh also, the BM has no pole vent. Nick stated that you could literally put the back of the sub up against a wall (or 1/8" away so it doesn't vibrate).
There you have it. I figure you know these things inside and out. You have been waiting on them for more than a year! Anyhow the basket appeared to have a pole vent, although it wasnt stated any where.

Of course the 750/1 amp will work. That is one thing about jl, their amps are worth the money and are powerfull. I would bet that a 500/1 would work for those speakers as well.

That box has a mounting depth of over 4", already polyfilled with kicker wiring. 0.6 per speaker airspace. Its damn near perfect. Great find. If i was getting two, i would be all over it. I didnt see any info on foot height.

I made a thread showing my sub box plans for a 13TW5 box I built. Maybe it'll help some:

Don't forget about the height of the sub above the enclosure. I would venture to say that you need about 1 1/4" below the box to clear the sub during full excursion.

so 6mm for the part that hangs over the top and 14 mm of excursion gives you 20 mm at that it is 0.78 inches even at 25 mm of total including max excursion your still underneath 1 inch of space needed. I am sure (and hoping) it will be atleast an inch of space.....I think that makes sense? I'm probably wrong but that's why we have people here that know more than me that can chime in.

Ahhhh...... that's what I was looking for. According to that drawing you are correct.

If I didn't have a 13TW5 I would snag a couple of these subs and put them in my truck. I bet they'll be incredible low end drivers.

So that 6mm is roughly 1/4 inch.

It is possible to add taller feet. Also if needed, you can put a piece of metal on the seat pan not to cut carpet, hit it with a sledge to give you a little more room. I have read of people doing this after building a tight box, then adding sound deadner and the box not fitting after the deadning. If it was me, I would want atleast 1.25" gap under box and floor. The greater the gap, the less pressure created between floor and woofer. This is what an Image Dynamics tech has told me.
