Odd, Dealer cost audio says those 10w3v3-4 are 300RMS and 600 peak, but on JL Audio, and Sonic electronix they are 500RMS and 1000 Peak..

Yeah, Ima go with a the 4 ohm ones and wire em parallel so the amp will be @ 2 ohms.. I'm looking to give them around 500 RMS. So they will really knock!

I dont know about "murder" but they will get louder and sound cleaner (given they are put in the same box you are talking about). The IDQs have more cone area and 19mm one way linear vs. the W3s 14mm.

More cone area and more excursion means the speaker is moving more air. Which means more output.

That Cadence amplifier comes with a 5 year warranty.

I hope you're joking.
na not joking, the idq10 has almost the same caracteristics as the jl, idqs website sucks, as far as warrenty dealercost honors what they offer, they purchase them and they hold the warranty, until u put them next to each other u wont kno. the w3v3 are impressive, they arent a slouch the idq specs show nothing extra compared to the jl, so what if x max is 4mm more, that just means a softer spider, or taller motor

IMO for around the same price.. Hands down JL just IMO. I'm looking at going with the MTX 1000XD, JL 10w3v3 4 ohm. Install Bay AK01 install kit and fox acoustics box.. I think I'll knock some stuff! Wacha think?
