Will i bump?
Well i know Brypink2 ran a 12" sub with 6.75" mounting depth under his seat with a seatlift but it was sealed... So im still kind of new to this but when it says it needs 1.8-2.5 cuft for the ported box is this the air space it needs? and if so does this airspace have to be straight above the sub or can it be to the side of the sub? if that makes any sense

Lower end DD and AQ stuff will get just as loud in a bit less space/mounting depth - their respective 10's will only use 1.5 cuft or so. It'll also save you a lot of money. ($125 - 160)
Sound Splinter's lower end stuff also uses really small boxes, like .5 cuft ported for the 8, a bit more for 10s and 12s, and would fit with the budget and power handling you're looking at. Rl-i 10 needs .5 cuft ported and will take 500 + RMS while being about 5.5 inches deep mounted. ($190 - 215)
You can make this work with some creative box building and a seat life. Don't settle for something less until you've gotten in there and know for sure that this isn't going to work. There are other drivers out there that need less airspace than the sub you originally wanted when ported.

alright man but all those subs handle around 500-600 watts (not sure about DD their website is very confusing) while im looking for something that handles around 1000-1200... the 10" Fi Bl handles 1000 watts but you can get the cooling option and flatwind coil so it will handle around 1200 watts and its only $304 and the 10" Fi Q handles 1000 watts also and you can add the BP power option so it should handle again around 1200 watts and its only $234... so i wouldnt really be saving any money... now im leaning towards the 10" Q sealed with the BP power option
Airspace and mounting depth are your big enemies here trying to get loud. Finding a high performance driver that doesn't need alot of airspace is key. And your Fi Q and Bl, in a box that is too small, will get out performed by quite a few more things than you'd think no matter how many "watts" you're throwing at them.
A Q really won't get that loud, comparing to a Bl or what not. It is more of an SQ driver.
It's less about what you're putting in the box and more about the box itself.
The DD subs will take double their RMS daily, you'd be looking at the 1500 and 2500 series.

But wouldnt there be enough room for a nice box? all it needs is .2-.6 cuft for a sealed box... and im a member on the fi car audio forum and they said that the Q and BL are pretty much the same except that the Q hits the low notes nicer and the BL is a little bit louder
And I know that Fi box specs for ported are like 1.2 or something, but I've never seen anyone run a Bl in a box that small.
What you originally wanted to get will definitely get loud, its just a matter of getting it in the truck.
Sealed yes, but don't expect to bump with a sealed Q. It'll sound nice, just not have the output you're looking for.

Never seen a Bl in that small a box, but I suppose you could do it, don't know how the output would be. Figure 2 inches for excursion, plus the 6.25 of the driver, plus 1 or 2 inches for pole vent, plus another .75 inches for MDF thickness. You need roughly 11 inches under the seat.
wow then why did msall150 tell me it would fit easily? https://www.f150online.com/forums/sp...orted-box.html
