Ported Box

Can i fit a ported box with a 10" sub with 6.25" mounting depth under my seat with a seat lift?

yes with a seat lift you can get that to fit

delicious... how about a 12" with 6.75 mounting depth?

ya I believe you can get up to a 2.75" seat lift or something like that there is a guy in the personal adds selling a system that has a 2.75 seat lift kit in it. So I am assuming you will have no problems clearing that.

If you're planning on porting that 12 look at the specs and make sure you can get enough airspace. 12s can need a lot of space when ported.

it says 1.8-2.5 cuft @ 30-37 Hz... will it fit?

seriously? and the sub will have enough room if it has 6.75 mounting depth? because im pretty sure some people on here told me awhile ago that it wouldnt fit

Brypink2 had 2 old gen 12" mags under his seat with a seat lift, they were 6.75" depth.

so what are some good websites for ported boxes? and how hard would it be to build my own ported box?

if you have the patience and tools its not hard, i just completed mine and i love it, just make sure to measure twice cut once and seal everything up

yeah maybe i should just go with the sealed box... it would def be cheaper and so would the sub

alright so does anybody have any details on how to make a sealed box for 1 12 with 6.5" mounting depth? under seat with seat lift por favor
