finally a system!
First thanks to Low e Red and mSalll150 for you help and suggestions about listening to what I expect to buy for my needs. I decided to settle on Pioneer avic-f90bt,Kenwood KAC-8104D 5001x1 & 2ohms,Kenwood KAC-8404 75x4 & 2ohms,Pioneer TS-SW2541D 10" shallow subs 250 rms,Infinity REF 6820cs Components 90 rms,Infinity REF 6822cf 60 rms, and of course all the necessary hardware. Now for the meat of the Question when I remove the rear seat can I cut those tabs off because I've been trying to do a pre run on the removal of the parts before it all arrives and that dang thing is kicking my butt. Also when I pull on the dash it feels like it wants to break what's the key?

It takes me 30 seconds to get to my amps now.
For the dash, use a flathead screwdriver to pop the surround off. It'll seem like it wants to break but it wont. Ive done it like 20 times and its still in 1 piece.

When you finally get the rear seat off (after lots of time, pain, anger, and cuss words) i would zip tie the clips. That way, all you have to do is remove the 2 10mm bolts ontop and you can pop the seat off easily.

Start near the bottom (if you have the center console) and open the ashtray, then pull out and up. It will feel like its about to break but its okay. Just keep pulling. Then go back and get all the leftover clips out the dash and put them back on the panel.
Yes, ziptie the clips.

Im disappointed in you. You shouldve learned by now that a screwdriver is not a panel popper.
