hey guys...
Heres how i do my venison jerky...cut into 1/4 inch strips or thinner. Buy pre-made jerky mix from cabelas, gander mtn. etc. Marinate overnight and put in the dehydrator for about 8-10 hours. Simple and some mighty fine snacks. Theres also the ground jerky were you can shoot it out of a meat gun to make slim jim type jerky. Couple pics of my bucks in my gallery too haha

Oh yeah...where the heck do you mount those big ole cross overs at?

cool, I forgot all about cabelas, hell, I just order a recoil pad for my 935...

crossover, well, if I had not already ran speaker wire.. I would recommend back wall for sure... I'm going to look at the removable panel on the ends of the dash or kicks....

Well then...no jerky for YOU.

Haha, look at the links below the post...all jerky stuff.

Here is a new recipe I found in the local shopper. Hope its good. If not I will just pick up some seasoning from the grocery store or else Cabela's, like Devin said. As for the recipe I usually use...I dont know. I swear I have alzhiemers at time. I think I shared it with a buddy once, might have to see if he still has it:o
