Houston, TX Service Dept for Vibration?

Had my DSB hearing on Friday and everything went very well. Now I'm looking for a Ford service department in or near Houston, TX that is competent enough to follow the factory TSBs and fix my vibration problems, because my selling dealer (Joe Myers Ford) must have the worst service department & manager in town.

Anyone who successfully had their vibration problems fixed, please give me your recommendations.

Thanks,
Trey

Dont bother with Champion Ford in Katy. They are idiots themselves.

Joe myers was good years ago...diff service manager then

Try Tommie Vaughn or even Mac Haik. Perhaps Casa Ford, heard good things about them but their on the east side and that's a little far for me.

Just dodge Planet Ford like the plague. Good Service men but run by a bunch of incompetent morons who want to turn you upside down just to check your pockets a little deeper.

I agree, Joe Myers Ford is where they stock retards by the dozen. These guys are slow, stupid, and never ever fix anything right or on time. I bought my truck there but no longer have it serviced there even though I live less than 2 miles away from it. I never miss a chance to slam them. THEY SUCK!!!!!!

I have heard some good things about Tommie Vaughn Ford, but have not been there myself

Well this helps me out too. I am looking for a good service department

Just a recap: Joe Myers Ford has to SUCK the most, then there are votes that Planet Ford and Champion Ford run a solid second in the suck department

Tommy Vaughn is a solid place to go for service. I'm a repeat customer of his & always been treated fairly. Plus, he's an Aggie!

I've had good luck with Bay Area Ford in Clear Lake. I've not had any severe problems, however, and so I can only applaud their customer service and positive attitude.

I've had real good luck with Tomball Ford, i dont know how far you wanna go but except for the sales department the service part is real good. John Obseatz is your man there he will take care of you he always has for me.
If you go tell him will diver told you
good luck!
