I wanna see some trucks crossin' in water!

I don't have one of my own yet but i wanna see some other guys do it. I think its my favorite part of offroading is driving in the water, and seeing that truck just shoveling it out. I love when it floods down in Southeast Texas too hahaha. well just to get it started here is a picture of a truck

theres no way you can say that isnt cool. plus its a ford.

SO come on, lets see pictures!

I do that all the time when I'm out chasing lightening storms but it's normally raining cows and hogs at the time and I'm alone. There's a couple awesome low laying roads just yards from my house that quickly go to like a foot deep. If the time is ever right I'll kick the wife out with her waterproof camera to take some shots.

Wheelin in H2O is more fun than a barrel of monkeys, but for me has resulted in the most expensive wheelin repairs/maintenance:

ahh thats an awesome picture

i think this would be a good flood or river story thread too haha

well heres two.

one time it rained a nice flash flood, so we went driving around. We had to get this girl back to her car, and none of our trucks could make it back. Just so happens my cousin has an f250 diesel with a 10" lift and some huge like 44's i think. I mean a realll clean truck ill try to get a picture later. Anyway we are goin down this road and its flooded past the curb on the road. Were doin like 50 in the water spraying a wake on everyone that was flooded out

and another was a time it rained and all we had was my friends ford aerostar hahaha. and my neighborhood got the brunt of the rain and my whole street was flooded. he couldnt stop the van at all he had to keep rolling. we had about 1000+ pounds of sound equipment in the back so i know it was struggling haha.

ill get a picture of that truck and a list of its mods, you guys would really appreciate it.

I think I might of enjoyed backing the boat into the water more than actually boating. It was so much fun going into the water. It was great to here my friends saying "I could never do this in my truck."

good looking truck acm...as i have mentioned in other posts...but im definitely digging that boat... correctcraft ski nautique has got to be the one ski boat that i would choose over all others any day of the week..classic lines and tons of power...and will throw a wakeboarder all over the place...

CORRECTCRAFT makes the best boat around. My boat is a 1985 Ski Nautique w/ a Ford 351. The only problem we've ever had in the 20+ years of use is a leaking water jacket in one of the cylinder heads last year. We put new heads on and it runs like a champ. Pulls great even with 800 pounds of weight in the back of the boat, 6 people in the boat, and three tubes behind the boat.

They also hold their value tremendously. My dad bought the boat in 86 for 10,000 and we could sell it for about 7,000-8,000. I will always own a Correct Craft!!

Sorry to get off topic, but I love my boat.

im honestly suprised by that hahaha you have a pretty good truck if its 2wd, and even if its 4. that thing is pretty low, i'd have imagined you getting water in the carb.
