Seal on rear end leaking
Hello, mostly this is just for everyones info.
I have an 2007, SC, 5.4, 3.73 LS, 4WD, 36,012 Miles.
AF1 3.5, Dyno tuned.
The front seal on the rear end is leaking, enough that i can see drops on the newly paved driveway.
I will be calling for appointment tommorow.
Is this a common problem?
Can i expect problems after the drive shaft is removed and re-installed?
could this leak be caused by hard starts off line?
Hope you all have great day.

I doubt hard starts could do it, but if your wheels don't break free of the pavement and you torque the axle to create a big angle on the driveshaft, it's possible.
While you're at the dealer, have them check your rear wheel seals on the end of the axle shafts, they tend to fail early on some. Good luck.

Fortunetly my 3rd party extended warranty paid for it.....
they initially denied the claim and said my mileage was actually OVER 100,000 miles due to my 275/70-R17 which they called "over-size" tires.......
After a firm discussion about the ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE in Tallahassee, Florida, they paid the claim. A$$holes!

Glad to hear you got it worked out... but their logic doesn't make sense... If the tires are bigger than stock, then the vehicle isn't turning as many parts to move 1 mile... I guess they were saying that the ground it covered was more than 100K miles... but your wear on the truck for 100K miles with "oversized" tires would be less than someone with "stock" tires, since your truck didnt have to turn the axles as many times... but still.... a mile on the truck is a mile on the truck, regardless of tire size as long as the truck's computer is tuned right
