F-150 Door Crack Survey ('97-2000)

Slight crack
I bought my 99 F150 4x4 in 2000. After reading about this crack problem on this board I checked my truck. Had a tiny one on drivers side, about 1/8 inch. But over time, it hasn't changed. Truck is white--wonder if paint color makes a difference.

Just went and looked at my doors. Pass front door has a small crack in it drivers door looks fine. I have a '97 F-150 Supercab with manual windows. I have right at 119,000 miles on it. How far will the crack go if you leave it alone? Anyway thanks for the headsup. For now I'll keep an eye on it and see how it progresses. My truck was built in Feb. of '96.
And after all that Therapy I had, the door cracks topic has resurfaced... 
My '97 F-150 had cracks on both doors, which the dealer made repairs to, basically welding back up. After a couple of months the crack returned on the passenger side, which was repaired with an extra brace, I think. Anyway, long story short, the cracks returned even after two repairs to the passenger side. The cracks just moved just past the weld repair...

Add another owner to the list. Bought my '00 f150 2 months ago with only 61k, cracks on both doors. we will see what becomes of it. ive got the nhtsa bullitin number, so they (the dealer)cant bs me about it.

Big Cracks on both sides. I always thought it was something the previous owner did until stumbling upon this post! Gonna head to me dealer tomorrow, they are usually pretty good about this stuff. Dunno if they'll even touch it this late in the game though....
